  14. Is there a need for an entry point into the web that isn't part of the
  15. web?  By that I mean something for the bazillions of people who don't
  16. know about WWW yet, but who do read news.  This would be a periodic
  17. post on news.answers, comp.infosystems.gopher, comp.infosystems.wais
  18. and alt.hypertext, and would explain what the web is and how to access
  19. it.
